Affiliate disclosure
How we may earn money — and the rules that keep our ratings independent.
The Crypto Guide is free to read. In the future we may earn money through affiliate links and labeled partner placements. Here is how that works.
How affiliate links work
If you click certain links to products such as hardware wallets, exchanges or tax software and then buy or sign up, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links will be marked and use rel="sponsored".
What never changes
- Partners cannot buy coverage, ratings, rankings or favorable wording.
- Comparison tables are ordered by our criteria, not by commission.
- We will still describe a partner’s weaknesses and incidents.
- We do not accept payment for Utility Lens ratings.
Partner placements
Spaces labeled “Partner” may show offers from companies we work with. Until a partner is signed they show our own free resources.
